Before your appointment

• Be sure to prepare any and all personal products and/or extensions needed to achieve the desired styling. (ex. medicated shampoos, personal scalp massagers, scalp ointments, etc.)

• Be mindful that love and conscious care are put into the strands of each individual we serve. Therefore we ask that you book services accordingly to best suit your personal schedule as well as the schedules of the artists.

• While we would love to engage with the extended loved ones of the individuals we serve, we ask that you respect this safe space by arriving at your appointment alone and no later than 15 minutes post appt. time and 15 minutes pre-appointment time unless prompted to do otherwise.

• Artists must be made aware of any cancellations or rescheduling no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is done after the 48-hour time frame individuals will be charged a fee amounting to 50% of the original service cost.

• Lastly be sure to relieve yourself of any negative thoughts, self-doubt, and uncertainties; allowing yourself the opportunity to take in the overall experience including ambiance, positive energy, and light provided by the artists.

• We value and respect the individuals we serve, therefore any client left unsatisfied will be cared for accordingly.

• All services rendered are bonded and insured by the artist.

• This platform is judgment free and acceptive of all persons regardless of age, hue, gender identity, orientation, sexual preference or religious background therefore we expect all individuals we serve to abide by the same mindset.
